1.2. Business Data
CarWashPro is built on a "local-first" architecture to prioritize your privacy and offline access.
- Local Data: Customer details, booking history, staff records, and service pricing are stored primarily on your device's local storage.
- Cloud Sync (Pro Users): For users subscribed to our Pro tier, business data is synchronized to our secure cloud servers to enable multi-device access and backup.
1.3. Location Data
We may request access to your device's location to pinpoint your business location or provide location-based reporting. You can enable or disable location services at any time through your device settings.
1.4. Payment and Subscription Data
We use secure third-party subscription management services and official App Stores (Apple App Store / Google Play Store) to manage subscriptions. We do not store your credit card details. Our partners provide us with subscription status, transaction identifiers, and expiration dates.
2. How We Your Information
We use the collected information solely to provide and improve the CarWashPro service, including:
- Facilitating booking and staff management.
- Synchronizing data across your authorized devices (Pro only).
- Generating business reports and analytics.
- Providing customer support via Email and WhatsApp.
- Processing and managing your subscription.
3. Data Storage and Security
We implement industry-standard security measures, including SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit and secure cloud storage. Business data in the cloud is accessible only via your authenticated account. For local data, we recommend using device-level security features like passcodes or biometrics.

We utilize trusted third-party partners to enable specific functions:
- Cloud Infrastructure: Secure hosting, database management, and authentication services.
- Subscription Management: Processing and tracking of in-app purchases and entitlements.
- Distribution Platforms: Secure payment processing and app delivery via official app stores.
- Communication: Tools for direct customer support and service notifications.
We do not sell your personal or business data to third parties.
5. Your Rights (GDPR & POPIA)

6. Data Retention
Cloud data is retained as long as your account is active. Upon requesting account deletion, all cloud data is permanently purged within 30 days. Local data remains on your device until the app is uninstalled or you manually clear it.

Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
