Is CarWashPro really free?
Yes! Our Basic tier is free forever. It includes all core features like booking management and basic reporting. We offer two premium tiers: Solo Pro for advanced local features like PDF exports, and Cloud Pro for team collaboration and cloud sync.
How does "Offline First" work?
The app stores all your data directly on your device, ensuring it works lightning-fast even without internet. Basic and Solo Pro users work entirely locally. If you're a Cloud Pro user, your data automatically syncs to our secure servers once you're back online.
Can I use it on multiple devices?
Multi-device synchronization is a Cloud Pro feature. With a Cloud Pro subscription, your data is synced in real-time across all your authorized phones and tablets.
How do I manage my staff?
Staff management is exclusive to the Cloud Pro tier. You can invite team members via email, assign roles (Manager or Staff), and track performance across your entire business.
What happens to my data if I delete the app?
For Basic and Solo Pro users, data is stored only on your device, so deleting the app will remove your data. For Cloud Pro users, your data is safely backed up in the cloud and is restored automatically when you log back in.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Solo Pro and Cloud Pro subscriptions are managed directly through the Google Play Store. You can cancel at any time in your Play Store account settings with a single tap.
